In order to further implement the special action of green manufacturing, continuously create a number of advanced models of green manufacturing, and promote the green development of industry, in accordance with the requirements of the notice of the Provincial Department of industry and information technology on organizing the application of the list of green manufacturing in Guizhou Province in 2023, the Provincial Department of industry and information technology organized and carried out the establishment of green manufacturing system in Guizhou Province in 2023. After self-evaluation by the applicant, recommend by the competent departments of industry and information technology in various regions, on-site investigation, expert review and demonstration, soliciting opinions from relevant departments, publicity and other procedures, the list of green manufacturing in Guizhou Province in 2023 has been determined and is now published. In order to strengthen the dynamic management of the green manufacturing list and establish a dynamic management mechanism of "entry and exit", we have reviewed the units listed in the national and provincial green manufacturing lists from 2017 to 2021, and the results of the review are now published. Relevant matters are notified as follows:

In the list of green manufacturing in Guizhou Province in 1. 2023, there are 69 green factories, 13 green supply chain management enterprises, 3 kinds of green design products and 6 green industrial parks (see Annex 1).

2. According to the requirements of dynamic management of green manufacturing, we reviewed the green design products of 100 green factories, 19 green industrial parks, 2 green supply chain management demonstration enterprises and 17 enterprises listed in the national and provincial green manufacturing lists from 2017 to 2021. After verification and confirmation by cities (states), our department removed 3 enterprises in the green manufacturing list that no longer meet the evaluation requirements from the green manufacturing list of Guizhou Province, 18 units changed their names (see Annex 2).

Units that are 3. included in the list of green manufacturing in 2023 in our province should submit relevant materials such as advanced green manufacturing technologies and typical practices to our office before the end of May 2024. Encourage green manufacturing units to publish green and low-carbon development reports on an annual basis.

The competent departments of industry and information technology in all cities (prefectures) and Gui'an New area of the 4. should strengthen the connection between green manufacturing units and relevant industrial policies, play an exemplary role in point and area, and lead the green transformation of the manufacturing industry in the region.

In the 5., our office will continue to strengthen the dynamic supervision and management of green manufacturing units, timely review the green manufacturing list units in our province, and remove the units that no longer meet the requirements of green manufacturing evaluation.
