Hangsheng Research Institute was established in 2019 with an investment of nearly 10 million yuan. It is equipped with buckle battery and full battery experimental equipment line, lithium battery cathode powder research and development laboratory, silicon-based anode pilot research and development line, lithium salt, electrolyte innovation room, etc. It has a variety of advanced high-precision research and development analysis and testing equipment such as electron scanning electron microscope, GC-MS, energy spectrum, ICP, XRF, liquid ion chromatography, etc., which can test and verify the electrical performance of the developed materials. Hangsheng Research Institute has more than 40 doctors, postgraduates and bachelor's degree technicians. At present, the team is growing. People with lofty ideals are welcome to join. It has established a number of school-enterprise cooperation projects with Central South University, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Zhejiang Institute of Technology, Guizhou University and other universities; it has a number of invention patents. The institute was recognized as "Changsha Enterprise Technology Center" in 2021 and has been awarded the title of Hunan Provincial Enterprise Technology Center in 2023.

Production process

The company's factory equipment is imported from the pharmaceutical industry and optimized independently. Combined with the fully automated production management software system independently developed by Hangsheng, it can effectively improve the accuracy and reduce the weighing tolerance range from 200g to 50g. At the same time, through the software system, the company can remote control and reservation control, to avoid manual feeding errors. The company owns the software copyright of the software system. The company has built a special garden-style factory buried storage tank design, which can effectively avoid fire and keep the temperature stable, thus greatly improving the safety and quality stability control of raw materials. It is obviously different from the existing electrolyte manufacturers in China, and has the advantages of isolating fire sources from raw materials, avoiding explosion due to exposure to sunlight, and not requiring water spray to cool down, thus reducing management costs.
